Shirley Parsons is currently recruiting a Construction Site Safety Manager for a data center project in New Albany, OH and Johnstown, OH areas.

The candidate must have experience in construction safety and electrical safety.

The position comes with with travel assistance and extensive overtime.

There No Per Diem or Relocation on this role, so please ensure you are LOCAL to the area.

The Role:

• Develop, manage, and implement appropriate health and safety procedures in accordance with federal, state, local, and corporate requirements.
• Assist in compliance reviews, general risk assessments, and other safety assessments.
• Manage and perform activities to ensure compliance with the site EHS program.
• Participate in detailed incident investigation teams to determine root causes and corrective and preventive actions.

The Candidate:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or a related degree preferred
• CHST Preferred, OSHA 500 and 510 preferred 
• Electrical Experience required
• Data Center Construction Experience preferred
• 2+ years of EHS experience in a construction environment preferred
• Strong communication skills, and ability to engage with employees at all levels.
