This is a career-defining role for someone who doesn’t want to just manage contracts… but own the strategy, lead the outreach, and be the face of our growing government division.

What You’ll Own

  • Be the primary point of contact for all things government: RFPs, RFIs, pre-bid meetings, and everything in between

  • Proactively source and track contract opportunities using platforms like SAM.gov, eBuy, Unison, and state portals

  • Build relationships with agency reps, contracting officers, primes, and decision-makers

  • Lead teaming, subcontracting, and networking efforts with strategic partners

  • Represent TNC at industry events, procurement webinars, small business expos, and matchmaking sessions

  • Oversee internal coordination for capability statements, past performance, proposal development, and bid strategy

  • Work side-by-side with leadership to shape a repeatable, scalable government pipeline

Who You Are

  • You’ve spent 3–10+ years in GovCon, federal procurement, or government business development

  • You understand how to read an RFP and make a smart go/no-go call

  • You’ve submitted and/or supported winning bids—prime, sub, or JVs

  • You’re comfortable leading outreach—emails, calls, and showing up at events

  • You know your way around SAM.gov, FedConnect, DSBS, FPDS, and agency forecasts

  • You’re highly organized, strategic, and execution-focused

  • You’re not afraid of accountability and want to own a vertical that has unlimited upside
