Job Details

We are seeking a Therapist for Individuals And Families to join our team! You will provide therapeutic services in individual and family settings. 

Responsibilities:

• Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional concerns
• Offer therapy to individuals with substance abuse and/or mental health diagnoses in order to encourage healthy coping skills
• Implement and review treatment plans
• Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
• Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields
• Familiarity with community mental health resources 
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCP, LCSW, or equivalent in the state of Virginia
