We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Team Members to join our

dynamic team at our state-of-the-art indoor golf facility and sports bar in Hermitage. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer

experiences, serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming

environment, and ensuring the smooth operation of our golf simulators. If you

Responsibilities

• Customer Service:

- Greet and check-in patrons for virtual golf simulators.

- Ensure overall customer satisfaction by providing excellent service

and addressing any issues promptly.

• Food and Beverage Service:

- Prepare a variety of drinks, including alcoholic beverages and

cocktails.

- Basic food prep and garnishing.

- Serve food and drinks, including alcoholic beverages.

- Manage orders and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.

• Facility Maintenance:

- Maintain cleanliness of facilities, including simulators, dining areas,

and restrooms.

- Assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting issues with

golf simulators.

- Perform janitorial duties such as mopping, cleaning surfaces, and deep

cleaning.

• Operational Support:

- Oversee golf simulators and manage simulator bay tee time

scheduling.

- Assist with events and parties hosted at the facility.

- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth

operations and high-quality service.

Requirements

• Age: Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol (will need to have or get a server's permit)

• Experience: Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage is

preferred, but not required.

• Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends,

and holidays.

• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds,

and move around the facility as needed.

• Basic Knowledge: Familiarity with golf is helpful, but not necessary.

What We Offer

• Competitive Pay: $10/hr (pre tips, guaranteed). Expected pay: $15-$25+ /hr (with our tip-share program).
