We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to provide superior customer service, achieve sales quotas, and align with the business common goals. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and genuinely make the customer feel welcomed, supported, and that their interests are priority. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend products. A positive attitude and the ability to ensure customers leave our store satisfied is of utmost importance. ‘Used-car’ style sales need not apply, we are a family business with a proven track record of excelling in customer service before, during, and after the sale.

Responsibilities

· Greet and direct customers

· Provide accurate information about specific products/services

· Cross selling

· Coordinate with other service departments to ensure an excellent customer experience from start to finish

· Meet sales goals and quotas

· Stay up to date with new products/services and direct competitors

· Goal driven while being a team player

· Maintain a clean showroom

Requirements

· Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role

· Understanding of the sales process

· Familiar with consumer behavior

· Proven history of pursuing sales through to close

· Basic math and computer skills

· Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships

· Thursday-Saturday schedule and appointment setting

· High school diploma
