Encon Corporation is a SBA certfied 8a and HUBZone firm specialized in Design Build and Design Build Construction Contracts with Federal Government.

Encon Corporation has an immediate opening for competent Construction Project Managers with following qualifications:

1. Must be a US Citizen.

2. Must be a Graduate preferably in Civil Engineering.

3. Minimum 5, Preferably 10 years expereince working on construction contracts with federal agencies specifically NAVFAC.

3. Must be well versed with the Project Management Cycle for federal government projects from design, submittals, RFIs, contract changes, commissioning, closeout, etc complete.

4. Must be able to conduct weekly progress meetings with client and site staff.

5. Proficient in scheduling software such as Primavera as well as Microsoft office applications.

6. Must be able to do take offs from plans and prepare construction estimates.

7. Must be able to prepare budget.

8. Collect bid proposals from subcontractors and suppliers, compare them and complete subcontractor buyouts.

9. Willing to travel.

10. Candidates residing in HUBZone locations are prefered but not required.
