Cold Storage Warehouse Technician
Location: Riverside, MO
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, occasional weekends and holidays

A-Line Staffing is now hiring Cold Storage Warehouse Technicians to support pharmaceutical cold storage operations in Riverside, MO. This is a full-time contract opportunity with the potential for permanent hire based on performance, attendance, and business needs.

Cold Storage Warehouse Technician Responsibilities:

• Receive, stock, and handle cold and dry storage materials

• Move pallets in and out of arctic freezers (-20°ree;C to -30°ree;C)

• Replenish internal freezers with 100–150 units weighing 20–25 lbs each

• Lift and maneuver units on and off carts 1–2 times daily

• Track cold chain product thaw time and organize refrigerator storage

• Operate manual pallet jacks and/or forklifts for internal transport

• Pack pharmaceutical shipments and prep for FedEx pickup

• Maintain inventory logs and support shipment traceability

• Follow temperature monitoring and equipment validation protocols

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Warehouse and inventory management experience

• Cold chain experience preferred

• Able to work in extreme cold temperatures (-20°ree;C to -40°ree;C) for short periods

• Comfortable climbing ladders and retrieving materials from high shelves

• Reliable for Monday–Friday schedule with some weekend work

Physical Requirements:

• Stand or sit for up to 10 hours per day

• Lift/move up to 30 pounds regularly

• Climb, stoop, kneel, and bend as needed

• Must be able to work extended hours during peak season
