Expeditor (Warehouse & Logistics)

Location: Fullerton, California

Schedule-Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate:-$19.00 per hour

Position Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Expeditor to join our warehouse operations team in Fullerton, CA. This role is critical in keeping material flow on track by monitoring shipments, coordinating with vendors and warehouse staff, and ensuring wire and electrical components are delivered on time. The ideal candidate has forklift experience, is comfortable using computers, and understands warehouse and electrical product handling.

Steel-toe boots are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expedite the movement of wire, cable, and materials through the warehouse and receiving areas

• Monitor incoming shipments and delivery timelines

• Coordinate with vendors, purchasing, and warehouse teams to resolve delays or issues

• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and efficient manner

• Use warehouse systems and software to track inventory and order statuses

• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing electrical products

• Ensure shipment accuracy and proper labeling

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Required Qualifications:

• Steel-toe boots required (must be worn at all times in warehouse)

• Familiarity with electrical products such as wire and cable

• Warehouse experience, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control

• Forklift experience (certification preferred or willing to certify)

• Basic computer skills (e.g., inventory software, Excel, email)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment

• Strong communication and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience as an expeditor, warehouse coordinator, or logistics assistant

• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS or ERP)

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards
