ob Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards. This position requires strong technical skills, excellent time management, and the ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders on the construction site.

Duties

Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to develop project plans and schedules.
Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for project tracking and reporting.
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure compliance with design specifications.
Conduct construction estimating to assess project costs and resource requirements.
Coordinate project activities on-site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Manage timelines effectively, ensuring that all phases of the project are completed as scheduled.
Communicate regularly with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth operations.
Support for the field and office-providing technical support.
Prepare progress reports for stakeholders detailing project status and any issues encountered.

Qualifications

Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in project coordination within the construction industry.
Proficient in construction management software; experience with ProCore
Strong skills in blueprint reading and construction estimating.
Excellent time management abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
Familiarity with construction site operations and safety regulations.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and external partners.
