- Maintain accurate and complete documentation for EHS activities and regulatory reporting.
- Manage hazardous waste storage, labeling, and disposal in accordance with EPA guidelines.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of emergency response plans, including drills and procedures.
- Oversee safety equipment and PPE management, including procurement and inspections.
- Lead behavior-based safety initiatives and promote a strong, proactive safety culture.
- Perform regular floor inspections to maintain EHS presence and visibility.
- Support the development and enforcement of tailored EHS policies specific to manufacturing and painting operations.

- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an EHS role within a manufacturing environment.

- Experience in hazardous waste management and emergency response planning.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in conducting audits, leading investigations, and reporting compliance data.
- Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in environments involving painting, coating, or chemical handling.
- Demonstrated ability to drive safety initiatives and improve safety culture across departments.
- Multi-site experience or willingness to travel between facilities.
