We are looking for a Dynamic, full-time, Area, Regional, District Affordable Property Manager position at a Residential Property Management Company in the Grand Rapids area. We seek a positive, hard-working, intelligent, professional, and highly motivated team player with excellent communication and leadership skills and attention to detail. We want to add a "rock star" to our top-notch team!

The portfolio includes approximately 10-15 properties. AFFORDABLE mix market and LIHTC.

If you have experience with AFFORDABLE properties and want to make a change, this could be the position for you.

Qualifications/Requirements for this position include:

• 4+ years experience in the property management industry - Affordable/Tax Credit properties
• Training, Leadership
• Self-starter / Autonomy
• Leasing / MI MO
• Day-to-day operations of the property
• Strong Decision Making
• Resident Retention
• Inspections / Annual certifications
• Assist with marketing the property
