Job Description: The PTL One Accounts Recievable Specialist position is a hands-on administrative function. The person will manage all aspects of our receivable accounts from setting up a new customer to invoicing. They will also maintain positive communication with customers, our sales force, and our accounting Dept. The position requires a person with excellent administrative skills including organization and attention to detail. Job Duties:  Set up new customers  Customer invoicing  Process daily deposits  Process customer credits  Send out customer invoices and statements  Communicate with customers via email, phone and EDI  Process returns and credit memos  Various bookkeeping functions  Qualifications:  5 years of accounts receivable experience  High level of organization  Excellent verbal and written communication skills  Persistent personality  Microsoft Office proficiency, Excel and Word  Working knowledge of SAP Business One software  Ability to work in a team environment  Priority management skills  Background check required  Motivation and drive to work at peak performance'
