Local Concrete Company / Dispatcher/Manager

Pay: $25+/hour

Hours: Monday-Friday, Saturday as Needed

Summary:
Oversee daily operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is smart, eager to learn, and ready to take initiative. You’ll be responsible for coordinating deliveries, managing a team of 5–15 employees, and assisting with testing and quality control of product mixes.

Job Duties:

• Coordinate truck deliveries and ensure loads go out on time

• Work outdoors in the yard loading and unloading materials

• Lift and carry materials (up to 50 lbs regularly)

• Operate heavy equipment (loader, skid steer, forklift – training provided)

• Keep the yard clean, safe, and organized

• Support drivers with loading trucks and prepping delivery orders

• Assist with mixing, sampling, and testing concrete batches

• Handle material stockpiling and basic inventory checks

• Lead a team of 5–15 workers by example – help with training and keeping production moving

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet all day

• Comfortable working in all types of weather

• Willing to learn how to operate equipment and tools safely

• Strong work ethic, team-first attitude, and ability to lead by doing

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Must pass a background check and drug screening

• Dependable and on time – every day matters in this business
