RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise Outpatient Clinic Program Managers, providing training, guidance, support and correction ensuring clinic operations run smoothly and job duties are performed in accordance with expectations.

• Assist Program Managers with staffing all clinics, ensuring that the highest quality candidates are onboard.

• Support Program Managers in evaluating work performance of clinic staff assisting in disciplinary proceedings and addressing issues quickly and effectively.

• Offer year around performance feedback and conduct annual appraisals on Program Managers that include a performance evaluation, updated job descriptions (as necessary), and goals for the next evaluation period.

• Meet regularly with Program Managers to provide guidance in ensuring that programs are well managed and meeting their financial and programmatic goals.

• Assist in addressing concerns related to coverage, productivity, outcome measures, workload expectations and management of clinic.

• Provide administrative support, supervision, and consultation to help Managers broaden skillset and knowledge.

 

Must Haves:

• Dually licensed LCAS and LCSW or LMHC with at least one of the two licenses being a full licensure.

• At least 5 years of demonstrated experience leading teams, managing staff, and overseeing clinical operations.

• At least ten years of hands-on clinical experience working with the SU/MH population with direct supervisory experience.

• Experience with budgeting, resource allocation, and financial management.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

 

Preferred Education and Experience

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.

• Specialized experience in serving high-risk and special populations around prevention and treatment, and a high degree of experience in providing culturally specific prevention and treatment services.

• Knowledge of NCDHHS and MCOs service definitions, program requirements and compliance rules and regulations.
