NOW HIRING: Project Coordinator – In Office | $18+/hr (Based on Experience)
Location: 301 Wells Fargo Dr. Houston, Tx. 77090 | Full-Time | In-Office Only

Gutters by Berger Home Services is growing, and we’re looking for a sharp, motivated Project Coordinator to join our team! This is a key role in our operations—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has an eye for detail, and takes pride in keeping things organized and moving forward with excellence.

Starting Pay: $18/hr and up depending on experience
⏱ Schedule: Monday – Friday, full-time

What You’ll Do:

Coordinate project timelines and schedules between sales, crews, and clients
Communicate clearly with homeowners and crews in both English and Spanish
Track job progress from contract to completion
Ensure materials are ordered, jobs are scheduled, and crews are prepped
Maintain detailed job files and notes—nothing slips through the cracks
Proactively solve scheduling or job-site challenges as they arise
Support leadership in maintaining a high standard of work and professionalism

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Construction or gutter experience highly preferred
Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish (required)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure
A natural drive for excellence and accountability
Comfortable with software and scheduling tools (we’ll train you on specifics)
