We are seeking a District Manager for 2 small cafes.

Responsibilities:

• Hire, supervise, train and coordinate all staffing and scheduling
• Oversee guest services and resolve issues
• Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food/drink preparation
• Assist in creating daily/weekly/seasonal specials
• Manage inventory and budgets
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
• Manage social media pages by creating and engaging in content
• Travel required: visits between both locations (Bismarck/Hazen)

• Previous experience in food service or other related fields
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail

Pay: Starting at $48,000 - $68,000 DOE, bonuses given quarterly on sales quotas.
