Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual with a General Contractor active license in the state of Florida to join our team at IPE Developments LLC. As a General Contractor and Construction Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.

General Accountabilities:

• Thoroughly examine and inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to ensure safety and adherence to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and other specifications to determine construction requirements and plan procedures accordingly.
• Estimate material and worker requirements for completing projects.
• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of construction workers and laborers.
• Collaborate with managerial personnel, other departments, and contractors to resolve issues and coordinate activities.
• Coordinate work activities with other construction project teams.
• Order or requisition necessary materials or supplies.
• Locate, measure, and mark site locations or equipment placement using appropriate measuring tools.
• Maintain accurate records of personnel, production, and operational data on specified forms or reports.
• Assign work to employees based on specific job requirements and resource availability.

Job Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 5-7 years of related experience
