We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Shift Leader to oversee operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a solid understanding of electrical systems, including high voltage management and maintenance. This role is crucial in ensuring that production runs smoothly while maintaining safety and efficiency standards. The Shift Leader will be responsible for managing team performance, facilitating communication, and ensuring compliance with operational protocols.

Duties
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians and operators during assigned shifts.
- Manage daily operations, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and operational procedures.
- Maintain electrical systems, including high voltage equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
- Utilize tools such as an Ohmmeter for troubleshooting and diagnostics of electrical issues.
- Implement project management strategies to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Oversee facilities management tasks, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.

Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and high voltage maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in production environments.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in facilities management and maintenance management is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Pay: $25.44 - $38.18 per hour
