We are seeking a CDL Company Driver to join our team! You will be responsible for safely operating a truck and completing the assigned routes within DOT hours of service.

CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR WEEKEND DRIVERS AND 3 DAYS PER WEEK. NEED ASSISTANCE WITH WED-FRI

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck
• Load and unload cargo. Most deliveries are dock to dock, however liftgate and inside deliveries do occur. Must be able to handle
• Recover freight from JFK or EWR regularly
• Make anywhere from 1 to 8 deliveries in the Tri-State area when needed
• Properly track and document activity log
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
• Inspect truck before and after trip
• Use smartphone to collect digital signatures for POD
• Interface with customers
• Day cab routes, home nightly
• Weekend work available
• overnight work available

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in truck driving or other related fields (2 years min with CDLA license)
• Reliable vehicle to get to work when needed
• No accidents or violations in the last 2 years
• Commercial driver's license
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong work ethic
• Strong communication skills
