Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead day-to-day operations while directly managing sales and finance functions. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is passionate about driving business performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the rental and service business
• Lead and manage the sales and leasing team
• Handle customer negotiations, contracts, and deal closures
• Supervise financing processes and ensure regulatory compliance
• Analyze and manage budgets, P&L, and financial performance
• Collaborate with service, inventory, and fleet teams to ensure operational excellence
• Develop and implement strategic plans for growth
• Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing team

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a General Manager, Sales Manager, or Finance Manager in the automotive or commercial vehicle industry
• Strong background in sales, finance, and leadership
• Working knowledge of DMV regulations, lease/loan documentation, and fleet operations
• Comfortable with financial reporting, budgeting, and performance analysis
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in both Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
• Experience with CRM and DMS systems preferred
