Contract Type: 6-Month Contract (Potential to Convert to Permanent)
Shift: M-F; 8am - 4pm

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Specialist (CCS) to provide outstanding service and support to our valued customers. This role requires a customer-focused, empathetic, and highly communicative professional who can leverage technology to deliver clear, helpful interactions. The ideal candidate is friendly, eager to learn, and committed to problem-solving with a strong sense of ownership.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

  • Facilitate credit approvals for new accounts and manage credit line increases for existing customers.

  • Drive customer retention through proactive engagement and effective resolution of concerns.

  • Resolve complex customer complaints regarding billing, products, or services, escalating high-level issues when necessary.

  • Lead collaboration with QA and internal departments to address root causes and implement corrective actions.

  • Manage the customer return and credit process, particularly for key accounts.

  • Provide accurate pricing and lead time quotations in a timely manner.

  • Support the onboarding of high-value customers, including coordination of credit reviews and internal systems setup.

  • Communicate consistently and clearly via phone, email, and in-person to handle orders, cancellations, changes, and customer inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a customer-facing role with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Excel is highly preferred.

  • Experience in quoting technical parts or products is a strong plus.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Demonstrated ability to empathize with customers and act as their advocate.
