Job description
This role is the hub of our e-commerce platform and oversees our Shopify store online channel. As an expert with the Shopify platform, this role will drive the execution of innovative solutions as we continue to scale our business. The ShopifySpecialist will manage all promotions on the store front, track all Shopify analytics, analyze data and reports, and use findings to improve strategies. This person will also collaborate and make suggestions to improve the storefront to ensure a high quality customer experience as well as maximize conversions and retention.This role is highly collaborative, and will interface directly with our marketing, and sale teams to drive revenue.
About You:
You are a user experience expert in all things Shopify. You love to find connections between analytics reports and user experience, and use that knowledge to drive new ideas and processes. Communicating across multiple departments is right in your wheelhouse. You can implement custom features & apps that simplify the user experience and drive sales and can troubleshoot issues as they arise.
What You’ll Do:
- Update/maintain product page layouts including collections pages, promotions, descriptions and email collection fields and restock alerts along wRegularly upload and manage new products using pre-established SKU's, barcodes, descriptions, variants and images
- Manage and maintain the site's collections and upload end-to-end product details across Shopify: images, tags, filtering, etc
- Follow an intricate category and subcategory tagging system for our sites collections and filters
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling product collections based on marketing concepts/email blasts, product attribution, special promos, and sale
- Meticulously track and monitor account health, performance metrics, competition, and pricing on a weekly basis; monitor best practices, design/UX trends, search engine optimization, and the latest marketplace changes
- Ensure inventory position is maximized and ecommerce merchandising and communications serve to achieve all top-line sales and sell-through goals
- Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager/Meta, Google Ads is important to this role. Ad placement and Ad creation would be expected.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Shopify platform.
- 2 years of experience with practices and techniques related to web merchandising or online retailing
- 2 years of experience in website management and eCommerce usability
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills and attention to detail
- An understanding that all efforts, decisions, and solutions will have a direct impact on the customer experience.
- Understanding of HTML & CSS is preferred
- Understanding of Shopify Liquid is a bonus
- Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager/Meta, Google Ads
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Front-end development: 2 years (Preferred)
- CSS: 2 years (Preferred)

This position fills the critical function of coordinating key aspects from all areas of the company to service our customers and grow our profitability. The operations manager works closely with the owner and other staff on key company initiatives impacting customer service, quality, logistics, and data systems. Among the areas of responsibility are:
Purchasing
executing and tracking of purchase orders for inventory purchases
tracking inbound orders and replenishment
managing vendor payments
Shipping
outbound order fulfillment for wholesale customers
routing for major customers
managing billing and collections for wholesale customers
managing PO and invoice factoring
3PL Management
regular inventory reviews / periodic physical inventories
coordinating of information to and from 3PL to support company operations
assist with quality control issues
development and tracking of KPI’s for 3PL
Product
tracking inventory for daily management decision-making
product specs for SKU’s
customer supplies and labeling for order fulfillment
Style master
Systems
edi transactions and manage relevant data from ASN’s
manage data going into Quickbooks accounting system, Tidio
maintaining product information for website
Other responsibilities as business conditions require
