About the Role
The Growth & Engagement Coordinator is a dynamic, hybrid role ideal for a creative, tech-forward marketer who thrives at the intersection of content creation, digital strategy, customer communication, and partnership building. You’ll work closely with our leadership team to drive local brand awareness, nurture leads, develop partnerships, support patients with care and professionalism, and help scale new service lines.

This is a part-time position averaging 20-30 hours per week, with 8-12 of those hours required in-office during scheduled windows for client-facing activities. The remaining hours can be performed remotely or in office, depending on your preference and workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

Marketing & Content Creation

• Create and schedule social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

• Use AI tools to generate and repurpose content ideas for ads, posts, blogs, and email campaigns

• Write and launch Meta and Google ads, and optimize campaigns for performance

• Monitor and respond to comments and DMs to maintain a professional brand voice

Lead Engagement & Sales Support

• Answer inbound calls and emails from potential clients; explain our programs clearly and compassionately

• Make follow-up calls to recent leads and re-engage cold leads with thoughtful outreach

• Track conversations and funnel progress in our CRM or other tools

Clinic & Client Support

• Be on-site for 2–4 hours three days per week to manage scheduled medication pickups

• Assist patients in person with basic questions or appointment coordination

• Ensure a welcoming and supportive presence in the office

Partnerships & Growth

• Proactively identify and reach out to local fitness trainers, gyms, nutritionists, and wellness professionals about referral partnerships

• Represent Reset Solutions at local health events or workshops when scheduled

• Help scale new services (e.g., PNOE testing, 3D scanning) through community outreach and creative marketing

Who You Are

• A highly motivated self-starter who thrives with minimal direct supervision, can manage multiple responsibilities independently, and enjoys both creative work and meaningful customer interaction

• Skilled in digital marketing and confident using tools like Canva, Meta Ads Manager, and AI content generators

• A clear, compassionate communicator, especially on the phone or in writing

• Comfortable learning and explaining clinical offerings with professionalism (we’ll train you)

• Flexible, reliable, and local to The Woodlands area

Nice to Have (but not required)

• Experience in healthcare, wellness, or medical aesthetics

• A background in sales, account management, or outreach
