A large importer/wholesaler of specialty food and beverage products is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work at their office to assist with data entry, customer service, and clerical tasks
- Temp-to-Hire status
- $20 - $21 / hour
Requirements of the Data Entry / Office Clerk:
- High School Diploma
- Conversational Japanese language ability (able to speak/listen proficiently) is required
- Previous office/administrative experience is required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Eager to learn and able to handle multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Work well in a team environment
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites (Word/Excel)
Responsibilities of the Data Entry / Office Clerk:
- Take and process orders
- Filing, maintaining records of customer accounts
- Communication with other departments, like the Sales Team
- Data entry on Microsoft Word/Excel
- Recordkeeping
- Administrative tasks like answering phone calls and email correspondence
- Related duties may also be assigned
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Location: Gardena, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm
