 Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM (Must be available for overtime)

Position Summary:

Kelly Services is seeking experienced Assemblers to join a leading Medical Manufacturing Company in Valencia, CA. This is a great Temp-to-Hire opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to grow in the medical device field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and package medical components, including hearing aids, under supervision.
  • Handle small, delicate parts with precision.
  • Follow detailed instructions, processes, and procedures.
  • Accurately complete documentation for components, packaging, and production.
  • Maintain high-quality workmanship and meet performance standards.
  • Report issues with quality, processes, equipment, or materials to management.
  • Keep work area clean, safe, and organized.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in medical device manufacturing preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
  • Comfortable using microscopes and/or soldering equipment.
  • Ability to handle and assemble small parts with precision.
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and reach frequently.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.
  • Must be able to meet specific vision requirements, including close and color vision.
  • Basic computer skills are a plus.
