Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM (Must be available for overtime)

Position Summary:

Kelly Services is seeking experienced Assemblers to join a leading Medical Manufacturing Company in Valencia, CA. This is a great Temp-to-Hire opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to grow in the medical device field.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and package medical components, including hearing aids, under supervision.
Handle small, delicate parts with precision.
Follow detailed instructions, processes, and procedures.
Accurately complete documentation for components, packaging, and production.
Maintain high-quality workmanship and meet performance standards.
Report issues with quality, processes, equipment, or materials to management.
Keep work area clean, safe, and organized.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience in medical device manufacturing preferred.
Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
Comfortable using microscopes and/or soldering equipment.
Ability to handle and assemble small parts with precision.
Ability to sit, stand, walk, and reach frequently.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.
Must be able to meet specific vision requirements, including close and color vision.
Basic computer skills are a plus.
