They excel in floor care maintenance, are knowledgeable in safety procedures, possess a strong attention to detail, and maintain a professional demeanor when effectively communicating in all interactions. Our Floor Technicians are known for their integrity, punctuality, and reliability, whether working independently or in a team of two.

Salary: $20-25/ per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Power washing
• Capet cleaning
• Stripping and waxing
• Report photos and documentation

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience required
• Computer Skills
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Minimum age 18, with at least a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to complete pre-employment drug test and if hired, random drug testing
• Ability to pass criminal background check
• Flexible and adapt well to change
• Team Player
• Minimum relevant experience of 2 years

• Dependable, always punctual for shifts
