Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Insurance Broker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients navigate their insurance options, providing expert advice on life insurance, and ensuring they receive the best coverage for their needs. This role requires strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to analyze client requirements effectively. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply as this will enhance our ability to serve a diverse clientele. All leads are inbound and all sales are paid on issue at 70% commission. 1099 commission only!

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Analyze clients' financial situations and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Communicate complex insurance concepts in an understandable manner.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients.
• Conduct telemarketing activities to generate new leads and expand the client base.
• Provide ongoing support and benefits administration to existing clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.
• Collaborate with underwriters and other professionals to ensure optimal policy offerings.

Experience

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Familiarity with sales administration processes and telemarketing techniques.
• Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable products.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
• A solid understanding of benefits administration is beneficial for advising clients effectively.
