Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Pomona, CA
Duration: 12+ months contract
Pay Rate: $45-$50/hour DOE

Summary:

The role involves leading and managing multiple workstreams to meet regulatory filing milestones and deliver comprehensive, technically sound filings. This includes project management, strategy development, stakeholder coordination, technical understanding, and authorship of regulatory testimony.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload:

Project manage multiple workstreams to meet regulatory filing milestones and deliver a final regulatory product.
Understand technical calculations, requirements, and strategies for the regulatory chapters and filings they are responsible for executing.
Act as a subject matter expert for the portions of the regulatory filings they are responsible for project managing.
Develop project schedules, call experts across the company to understand tasks, coordinate large meetings with stakeholders to develop solutions, run brainstorming sessions with technical experts and keep them on track to deliver products.
Develop presentations on recommended strategies for the regulatory filing.
Write testimony within the regulatory filing that represents approved strategy from leadership.

Required Skills/Attributes:

Experience project managing strategic business initiatives that impacted future business investments.
Understands technical details and calculations of the projects they manage and acts as a subject matter expert for the project.
Ability to make connections across the company to understand and develop recommendations independently without significant direction from leadership.
