Office & Marketing Manager – Drive Innovation and Impact in Property Technology

Position Overview
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Office & Marketing Manager is a pivotal role blending operational management with creative marketing leadership. You’ll ensure our daily operations run smoothly while leading initiatives that grow our business and strengthen our community impact. Experience or interest in generative AI is a plus, especially for marketing and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration

Oversee scheduling, meeting coordination, and document management
Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes
Refine and implement operational procedures for greater efficiency
Support billing, financial administration, and HR-related activities
Oversee procurement: ordering, receiving, and updating inventory systems
Assist with mail flow and check deposits
Follow up on various administrative tasks including licensing, insurance, official submissions, compliance, and grant writing

Marketing Leadership

Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company goals
Design engaging marketing materials, pitch decks, and digital content
Manage social media channels and advertising campaigns
Track and analyze marketing performance, making data-driven adjustments
Collaborate across teams to ensure unified, effective brand messaging
Experiment with generative AI tools for content creation and campaign optimization, as appropriate

Team Support

Equip the team with tools and resources for success
Coordinate training programs to boost skills and knowledge
Foster communication and collaboration across departments
Introduce new technologies, including generative AI, to improve workflows where beneficial

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience in office management, ideally within IT or tech-focused environments
3+ years’ marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology services
Understanding of IT service management and cybersecurity concepts
Strong project management and organizational abilities
Skilled in digital marketing and content creation; experience with or willingness to learn generative AI tools is a plus
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Experience with CRM and marketing analytics tools
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Willingly contributes to positive outcomes for our team
