Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their machines.
• Create, build, and maintain professional customer relationships.
• Keep track of inventory and ensure parts are properly stocked.
• Operate a POS and parts inquiry system.
• Work with other team members to ensure the department is running efficiently and department goals are met.
• Help maintain a clean and organized parts room and counter.
• Manage restocking and putting parts in designated areas when shipments arrive.
• Deliver parts to different customer locations and to the post office.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using Excel or similar software for data entry and inventory
• management.
• Knowledge of basic math principles for pricing calculations and inventory tracking.
• Previous experience in a dealership or parts environment is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Must be able to lift at least 20lbs.
• Must have valid drivers license and be able to pass a MVR background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
