As a Dishwasher at Lucille's, you will be crucial to our kitchen's success. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

* Washing and sanitizing all dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils using both machine and manual methods.
* Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary dishwashing area at all times.
* Sorting and stacking clean dishes and ensuring they are stored in their proper locations.
* Assisting with the setup and breakdown of the dishwashing station.
* Regularly removing trash and garbage to the dumpster.
* Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors to ensure a safe and dry environment.
* Monitoring dish machine temperatures and reporting any issues promptly to management.
* Assisting with basic food preparation tasks or other kitchen duties as needed.
* Adhering to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and procedures.

* Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar fast-paced kitchen environment is a plus, but not required.
* Ability to work efficiently and meticulously, with strong attention to detail.
* Strong work ethic and the ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating a positive and cooperative attitude.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
* Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
* Must be at least 18 years old.
