We are a growing Adult Family Home (Assusted Luving). Hiring all 3 shifts. Must have recent CNA/LPN to join our team! You will work alongside fellow caregivers to provide watchful oversite, life coaching. You cares will follow individualized care plans.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care under direction of nursing staff
• Set up / observe compliance prescribed medications
• Clean and use medical equipment
• Assist residents with recreation,shopping, and assist with inclusion and advocacy
• Assist through therapeutic communication
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment Provide watchful oversite , encourage healthy life choices

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in nursing, patient care, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Familiarity with mental health and intellectual challenged young adults
• Ability to work well in teams and maintain a positive professional work environment
