Job Details

We are currently seeking a Groundskeeper / Maintenance Technician to join our team! We are looking for a motivated individual that is a self starter that can maintain a small estate.

Responsibilities:

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Complete tasks in an orderly fashion
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Must pass: clean driving record, background check and drug screen
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload (can lift over 40+ pounds)
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
• Deadline and detail-oriented
