Position overview:

The Account Associate position has two main roles: communicate with potential customers and write insurance. You will be expected to:

Establish customer relationships
Educate customers about insurance options
Develop leads, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and service

Qualifications:

Successful track record of meeting sales goals
Excellent communication skills, including listening, written, and verbal
Organization skills and an attention to detail
Dedication to customer service
Self-motivation

Requirements:

Property/Casualty License
Life/Health License
State Farm Experience (Preferred)
Successful track record of meeting sales goals

Compensation:

Hourly pay plus commission/bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation with commission: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Weekly day range: Monday to Friday

Work setting: Office, In-Person, Atlanta, GA 30329. Must be able to reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work.
