What You Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3–6 years of machine shop experience preferred
• Comfortable reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.)
• CNC programming knowledge? A big plus!
• Must be eligible for U.S. export control requirements
• Fluent in spoken and written Englis

What You'll Be Doing:

• Set up and operate Lathe Machines (manual or CNC) in a production environment
• Review blueprints, dimensional data sheets, and work orders
• Perform setups and tool adjustments based on job specs
• Conduct routine quality checks to ensure flawless performance
• Maintain machines with regular lubrication and inspection
• Take pride in inspecting your own work for accuracy and quality
