We have decades of experience designing, engineering, and manufacturing efficient and reliable specialty vehicles for both mobile pet groomers and mobile veterinarians.

Our team is looking for a data-savvy, creative, and proactive Digital Marketing Manager to help us reach the next generation of grooming and veterinary entrepreneurs.

The Digital Marketing Manager will own the planning, execution, and performance of digital marketing programs across paid media, SEO, email, and web while also leading the evolution and day to day experience of our web platforms. A key area of focus will be managing our Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform to drive lifecycle marketing, lead nurturing, and campaign automation across the full funnel.

You’ll work closely with the marketing team to set the strategy for paid and organic campaigns, optimize performance, and ensure our message connects with the right people at the right time. You should be fluent in platforms like Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and GA4 - and comfortable juggling data, creative, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Plan and manage multi-channel digital campaigns across paid social, Google Ads, display, and retargeting
  • Collaborate on go-to-market plans and product campaigns for grooming and veterinary audiences
  • Manage digital vendors, ad platforms, and performance budgets to maximize ROI

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Execution

  • Lead SFMC campaign strategy, email builds, testing, audience segmentation, and journey automation
  • Create and manage customer journeys across lifecycle stages (lead → nurture → sale → retention)
  • Own data integration and syncing between Salesforce Sales Cloud and SFMC for seamless targeting
  • Develop automated trigger-based emails, drip campaigns, and newsletter strategies
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Experience teams to align messaging, frequency, and timing

Analytics & Optimization

  • Monitor KPIs across all digital channels and SFMC journeys using dashboards and campaign reports
  • Make strategic recommendations based on campaign insights and test performance
  • Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and creative for engagement and conversion

SEO, Website & CRO

  • Support on-page SEO efforts and collaborate with web team to drive organic growth
  • Optimize lead gen pages for performance and UX
  • Conduct A/B testing on email and ad creative

Minimum Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on SFMC experience required
  • Strong background in lead generation, email marketing automation, and multi-channel campaign management
  • Proficient in:

o Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio)

o Google Ads & Meta Business Suite

o GA4, SEO tools (SEMrush), and basic HTML/CSS for email edits

o Data-driven mindset with experience using campaign analytics to inform strategy

  • Experience analyzing campaign and website performance, building reports/dashboards, and optimizing ROAS
  • Proficient in A/B and multivariate testing across email, landing pages, and ads to boost conversions
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console) for audits and keyword research
  • Strong communicator with proven ability to manage cross-functional projects, align with sales teams, and handle ad spend across Google, Meta, YouTube, and GA4.

Preferred Skills and Experiences:

  • Salesforce certifications (Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or Admin) strongly preferred
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud Personalization and customer journey automation
  • Proficient in analytics and reporting using Salesforce, Google Suite, and Looker Studio
  • Experience managing digital agencies and cross-functional collaboration
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and strong teamwork orientation
  • Experience in the pet care, mobile services, or equipment conversion industries
