for a dynamic, full-time Patient Care Coordinator to join our team and help provide a
seamless, supportive experience for every patient.
Job Summary
The Patient Care Coordinator is the primary liaison between patients and our surgical team.
You’ll guide patients through the cosmetic surgery process—from their initial consultation to
post-operative care—while ensuring all steps are clearly understood, well-organized, and
handled with compassion and professionalism.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who thrives on making patients feel confident and
cared for throughout their aesthetic journey. Growth potential is available for candidates who
are passionate and motivated.
$21–$23/hour with commission potential.
Also 3 month probation and hourly rate increase after 3 months
Demonstrable sales experience a plus
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the main point of contact for prospective and current cosmetic surgery patients
• Educate patients on surgical options, timelines, and pre/post-op instructions
• Coordinate consultations, procedures, and follow-up appointments
• Clearly explain financial estimates, payment options, and financing plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
• Handle day-to-day administrative duties including scheduling, check-in/check-out, form
completion, and internal/external communications
• Ensure smooth patient flow and optimize the surgeon’s schedule
• Promote the value of services and enhance the overall patient experience
Qualifications & Skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Warm, friendly, and professional demeanor
• Empathetic with a strong focus on patient service and satisfaction
• Well-organized with excellent time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes
• Prior experience in plastic surgery, medical aesthetics, or patient coordination is a plus,
but not required – training will be provided
