We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Sales Professional with 5+ years of experience in selling BPO services, workflow optimization, and automation solutions.
You should have experience selling and established relationships in one or more of the following areas: Accounting/Finance, Insurance/Claims, Healthcare/Medical, Legal/Contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Development: Develop and implement targeted sales strategies within defined targets to drive revenue growth across BPO, BPA, workflow, and AI-driven automation services.
- Consultative Selling: Present BPO solutions to prospective clients, highlighting how Vision360 Enterprise workflow automation and AI can streamline a prospects operation, reduce overall costs, generate an ROI and savings.
- Lead Generation: You will be responsible to generate your own leads (Zoominfo) and opportunities through the use of cold-calling and web meetings (Teams), social media (Linked-in), email campaigns (SalesLoft), the internet, networking, and any out-of-the box business methods.
- Solution Demonstrations: Engage prospects and drive sales through impactful product demonstrations that emphasize our solutions, process improvement efficiencies, highlight ROI, and showcase cost-saving benefits to customers.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision-makers and influencers in target organizations.
- Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, ensuring profitability.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, manage and update the CRM to track key metrics, provide regular sales updates to senior leadership, participate in company and sales meetings.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, operations, and implementation teams to ensure seamless delivery of services, systems and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of BPA and BPO sales experience, with a proven track record in selling workflow automation, AI-powered services, and process optimization solutions.
- Demonstrated expertise in identifying and closing high-value deals in industries such as finance, healthcare, retail, and logistics.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including business process automation (BPA), AI, and data analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive, SalesLoft, Zoho CRM) and sales performance tracking tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or a related field experience in BPO service or automation preferred.
- This position is remote in the United States. Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and strategic sales opportunities.
