Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Cleaning Technician for solar panels, roofs, gutters, windows and power washing. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, values sustainability, and is passionate about making a tangible impact on the efficiency and appearance of homes and businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Solar Panel Cleaning: Safely and effectively clean solar panels to ensure optimal efficiency by removing dirt, debris, and grime that could impair performance and aesthetics.
• Roof Cleaning: Use softwash techniques to remove moss, algae, dirt, and stains from various roof types using eco-friendly cleaning solutions and methods.
• Gutter Cleaning: Clear gutters and downspouts of debris to prevent clogs.
• Powerwashing: Utilize high pressure water to clean exterior home surfaces like patios, driveways, decks, walkways, siding, fencing, and more.
• Window Cleaning: Carefully and diligently clean each window using a variety of tools depending on the placement of the window.
• Ensure all equipment is properly stored and maintained.
• Communicate effectively with clients and supervisors regarding project progress and any issues that may arise.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or related fields is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Comfortable working with ladders and using equipment for cleaning roofs and gutters.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work physically demanding hours.
• Basic knowledge of eco-friendly products and solutions is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Our company does not have a set location or office to report too. For this position we will require our technician to use their personal vehicle to drive to job sites. All sites are within Mercer county to limit distance from each other.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

5% Commission on any 5 star reviews.

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
