Job description
We are seeking maintenance technicians on a full time basis. The base rate is $20 per hour to start.

Candidates will be given consideration based on the following criteria:
• Must have reliable transportation for traveling to and from work each day
• Must be able to work on a ladder with various heights
• Must be a problem solver
• Must be able to work alone when it calls for it
• Must be able/willing to work in tight spaces (back of dryers)
• Must be fluent in English
This job involves cleaning dryer vents and chimneys. All tools will be provided and training will be done onsite.
