Job Description

Well established for over 26 years furniture wholesale/retail company is seeking a full time Accounting Clerk/ Accounts Payable will be working directly with the controller. The applicant must have 2-3 years experience in the accounting field within wholesale/retail industry.

Responsibilities: Participating in day to day accounting and operational functions

Entering AP as needed

Posting journal entries as needed

Communicate with customers to resolve invoice payment issues

Communicate with vendors to resolve payable issues

Assisting in conversion to a new accounting system

Qualifications: Accounting degree preferred

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Quick Books .

Knowledge of NETSUITE IS A PLUS

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience with the fast promotion for eligible candidate

This Concept showroom is tailored directly for our more discerning clients, seeking truly high-end pieces, and features our most exclusive and luxurious collection- The LA Mod Collection- while still being mindful of affordability, remaining true to our original mission of making beautiful interiors more accessible to everyone.

While LA Furniture is based in the Los Angeles area, The LA Mod collection is also available in our Florida location.
