AppleTree Staffing is actively searching for a dynamic and versatile Field Supervisor to join our client’s growing team in Indianapolis! This key position requires someone who can confidently wear many hats, shift priorities on the fly, and serve as a steady leader amid changing demands.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and support installation crews in the field, ensuring quality work and on-time completion.
• Act as a steady, level-headed leader who can adjust to shifting priorities and daily changes.
• Serve as a cross-functional liaison between internal teams, helping others stay aligned and informed.
• Communicate effectively with a wide range of personalities — from technical team members to leadership — adapting your style as needed.
• Lead with empathy, motivate your team, and manage conflict constructively and professionally.
• Delegate tasks with confidence and empower others while knowing when to step in.
• Maintain a high-level awareness of all systems, processes, and operational needs — even if you’re not hands-on in every area.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and mediate.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role — field experience is a plus.
• A natural problem solver with a calm, solution-focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pivot as priorities evolve.
• A solid general understanding of various operational systems and workflows.
