Deck Pros is a custom Deck and Outdoor Living Space Builder based in Bailey, CO, and we’re hiring a part-time Office Assistant. Not just any Office Assistant... We want a seasoned person who’s worked in an office before, can use Excel, Gmail, Calendars, can pivot on a dime and handle many moving parts with precision and grace. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, our projects and providing support to various people.

What you’ll do:
~ Answer phones, qualify potential clients and schedule appointments
~ Plan and schedule various components of our projects
~ Keep social media pages fresh and updated
~ Prepare and organize project paperwork
~ Keep on top of timelines and deadlines of projects
~ Earn $20-$25 per hour.

This is a part-time position 25-30 hours per week with competitive pay and opportunities for growth. Ideally a person with at least 2-3 years of office experience would be a great fit.

We offer competitive pay based on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within the company. This is a 1099 position; you will have to account for your own taxes at the end of the year.
