Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Torrance, CA
Compensation: $23.00 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Position Overview:

A leading national food service company based in Torrance, CA is seeking a Data Analyst to join its growing team. This role will focus on gathering, interpreting, and analyzing data to support business decisions across multiple departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with large data sets, and able to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, organize, and analyze data from internal systems and external sources
Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement
Work closely with operations, sales, and supply chain teams to support data-driven decision-making
Maintain data accuracy and integrity across systems
Assist in automating reporting processes where possible

Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, or related field preferred
1+ year of experience in a data-focused role (internships included)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, charts, etc.)
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent attention to detail and organization
Effective verbal and written communication skills
