A Florida based multi billion dollar Healthcare company is seeking a SVP Of Healthcare Sales. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects for sales, business plans and patient access growth. The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of Healthcare leadership and experience managing across multiple geographies. RELOCATION IS NOT REQUIRED.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee sales, profit and growth strategy for product categories
• Drives profitable sales strategy through the creation of innovative selling and patient access growth strategies and techniques
• Develop a high performance patient/provider centered sales culture across the organization
• Provides direction and support to sales on business and growth opportunities
• Act as experts advisor to peers and internal customers and builds collaborative working relationships.
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
• Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
• Ensures sales organization meet sales, revenue and profit targets

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Healthcare sales a MUST - Medical Equipment experience preferred.
• 15 plus of progressive sales experience for large Healthcare companies
• 7+ years in Senior Management role.
• Patient/Provider Healthcare experience required
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to build rapport with clients
