CTR Group is seeking a RECRUITING COORDINATOR for a Staffing & Recruitment Company in the Mobile, AL, area.

Pay Range: $20 - $23 per Hour and Excellent Benefits

SUMMARY:

The Recruitment Coordinator's main function will be to expedite the recruitment process, eliminate bottlenecks to ensure the timely filling of open job orders. Duties will include:

• Communicating with hiring managers on needs and recruitment team on priorities.
• Sourcing candidates for open jobs.
• Following up with recruiters and account managers to eliminate any bottlenecks.
• Allocating recruitment resources to enhance recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Must be high energy and results driven leader.
• Must have prior recruitment experience, specifically in skilled trades, shipyard trades or manufacturing.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must have prior experience in sourcing candidates from job boards.
