Shift: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM - Overtime: Saturdays as needed

Pay - $17.00 hourly

• Operate manual and automated machinery used in the production of window blinds
• Read and follow production specifications, blueprints, or measurements with accuracy
• Measure materials precisely and cut components to exact sizes
• Assemble and package finished window coverings to meet quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on production equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
• Ok with standing 8 to 10 hour shift

• ✅ Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• ✅ Strong knowledge of manual and automated machinery
• ✅ Excellent measurement skills – tape measure proficiency required
• ✅ Attention to detail and a focus on quality
• ✅ Ability to work on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs.
• ✅ Dependable, punctual, and a team player
• ✅ High school diploma or equivalent preferred
