About the Role
This team is looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to help build and maintain reliable, scalable infrastructure. The ideal candidate will empower developers with a world-class platform to ship code quickly and safely. You’ll work across Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, and customer support — playing a key role in how the company scales internally and for self-hosted enterprise customers.

This is a high-impact position with responsibilities spanning the internal AWS environment and support for customer deployments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Terraform modules for internal and external infrastructure

• Support enterprise customers with self-hosted deployments via Slack and other channels

• Improve CI/CD pipelines: reduce build times, enhance reliability, and streamline releases

• Enhance observability systems, including centralized logging, metrics, dashboards, and alerts

• Partner with engineers to build a secure, developer-friendly infrastructure platform

• Support multi-cloud deployments with a primary focus on AWS

• Build automation tools to improve deployment reliability and rollback processes

Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles

• Deep proficiency with Terraform and strong experience with at least one major cloud provider (preferably AWS)

• Strong Kubernetes skills, including deploying and debugging production workloads

• Comfortable writing code or scripts in Python, Typescript, or Go

• Experienced in supporting production environments and responding to incidents

• Confident working directly with enterprise customers in support or deployment scenarios

• Bonus: Familiarity with multi-cloud environments or supporting self-hosted enterprise software
