TTF is recruiting for a Residential Treatment Program Director to manage a fully integrated substance abuse disorder/mental health services facility in San Francisco, CA.  This is a direct-hire opportunity, with a salary ranging between 100k - 150k and excellent benefits.   

The Program Director II is responsible for overseeing and implementing residential behavioral health program services, clinical activities, and staffing to ensure program compliance with contracts and licensing regulations for the Residential and Withdrawal Management Programs.  The Program Director II sets the clinical tone, utilizing trauma-informed, gender-responsive, evidence-based, and harm reduction approaches. Coordinates with other departments within and outside of the agency to ensure that client needs are being met in support of health and recovery.
 
Qualified candidates will have 5+ years in providing SUD services, as well as 3 years of supervision experience.
