Busy, Tacoma based, commercial plumbing company is now hiring for a swing shift dispatch position.

The position will be a Monday through Friday shift from 3pm to 11pm. *Note that training will be 1 month, Monday-Friday, 8am-3pm* While you are working with another swing shift dispatch, this position will require someone who is able to work efficiently on their own. You will be overlapping the daytime office staff and working with staff from 3pm to 5pm, and then independently from 5pm to 11pm. Duties will include answering phones and emails, entering new jobs into the system, routing technicians and some clerical duties. Must have amazing customer service, superior attention to detail, the ability to get tasks done in a fast paced environment and general knowledge of the geography of Washington State (particularly Western Washington). Previous service dispatch experience in skilled trades is required. The position pays $20.00 per hour.

This position will require you to train with our day staff for up to 4 weeks prior to moving into the swing shift position. The total amount of training time will be dependent on how quickly you pick up on the duties and software programs we use. We can be somewhat flexible with the training schedule.
